Do you ever have your hair done for a wedding?
Do they always wash your hair before styling it?

I have only gotten my hair done for a wedding if I was in it. I know alot of people who do get their hair done for attentding a wedding though.
The times I got my hair done it was an updue, they told me to wash and dry it, and use mousse before I got there. It would be cheaper that way and save time. I think it would depend on what you were having done. Go to the salon to make the appointment, this way you can explain what you want done and they can see your hair and be able to tell you what would be best.
It’s certainly not a requirement, but if you feel it will make you look better, go for it. I very often do that before a wedding or other event, but not always. Stylists usually wash your hair before styling unless you request otherwise. Usually when they ask what you want done, you can say shampoo, blow dry, and style, or whatever you like.
Have fun.
ABSOLUTELY NO WAY!!!!!!
ure hair wont style well if too clean.
I’ve never had my hair done for the sole purpose of a wedding, but that’s because I’ve only been a guest. If I was in the wedding as a bridesmaid, then I would absolutely get my hair done at the salon.
However, I have scheduled my regular haircut and color for the day of a wedding. So, say I really needed a haircut, but I had a wedding to go to next Saturday. I would schedule my appointment for that day. Then, when my hair dress goes to blow out my hair, I’ll mention that I’m attending a wedding later that day and ask if they could make do a little something special. They usually don’t charge me to put a few curls in it or pin it up. So, it works out well.
