Heat Free Hairstyles / Overnight Hairstyles?

I have naturally wavy hair that flips out because of my layer which are to the bottom of my chin. The longest part of my hair is two inches below my collarbone.

My hair is thick but very weak, so i do not use heated tools more thank 1-2 times a month.

I am looking for heat-free cute hairstyles so i can get cute hair without using heated tools. I currently braid my hair when its wet to get it wavy, and i use curlformers (which are amazing).

I want to know if anyone knows of heat free/overnight hairstyles i could use on my medium length hair.

If you could plz add pictures or videos of how to do it that would be amazing šŸ™‚ . THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Wrap your hair up in socks, no particular pattern just roll them and tie a soft knot while your hair is almost dry. I can sleep in mine when i just use my pillow under my neck and the curls turn out great. You can also use the soft ties you use for pony tails. Wrap the hair up in a circle or shape and use the tie to hold it. I use about 12 of them when I do this. You can find these ties in a dollar store, 3 or 4 for a dollar.

All I can think of is…
-putting it up in a bun and it will come out wavy
-put it up in a braid and let it loose in the morning
    -use moose
    -get a perm

Okay, so for a relatively fancy, yet managably subtle….
    Try..
1.(Make sure hair is damp NOT wet, otherwise your hair wont dry by morning)Section a large piece of bang from the front and braid, then braid hair all over your head(in different sections) their should be about 5 or 6 large braids….
    2.Sleep(:
3.take braid out, and manage hair into a side ponytail(bobby pin any strays!:P)
    4. grabbing bits at a time, bobby pin you hair in the pony tail onto you head(in a curly manner, making a bun at the side of your head(: and Be sure to style bangs and lose frillys however you like! Enjoy)

I have always been very fond of old fashion sponge rollers. They are easy to sleep on cause they are cushioned and can be bought in a variety of sizes. Also i like to take my hair while its wet and instead of a roller or a braid when i want a different kind of curl, i take about a one inch squared sub section at a time, start at the ends and just sorta wad the hair into your hand like you are balling up a piece of paper to throw away, gathering as you go till you reach the scalp, then i simply slide a bobby pin onto it to hold it in place. You can use a smoothing product if you have problems with frizz or a little spray gel if you need help with body or hold. the cool thing is it does not even have to get all the way dry while it is pinned up. Once you take it down just keep scrunching it and shake it out a lil

this may sound crazy, and it is a bit hard to learn, but my favorite way to make my hair straight with out heated tools is doing a wrap. all you do is put some of your favorite styling product in your hair, I have very curly hair so I use Sebastian’s stylixer, it give the hair shine while smoothing it, then you take a comb and start at the crown of your head and section your hair into four or more sections and begin by brushing one of the sections around your head- almost like your head is a curling rod- continue to brush each section into the wrap- a good wrap will be super smooth with no breaks it it- when you are done get a silk scarf and some clips if necessary (i try not to use clips because they will leave crimps in your hair) secure the clips and tie the scarf around your head to keep your hair in place while you sleep- in the morning brush out the wrap and viola! you have straight, full body hair! (this will give you some body- it will not make it stick straight, but i find with my curly hair i look best with some body)
this link will give you an idea of how to do it, the only difference is yours will be wet and you should probably use a comb (you get smoother results with that):

    try shaggy, wavy effect :

This one is easy to do. Shampoo and condition your hair. Towel dry. Apply a mousse or other styling product lightly to your damp hair to give it some texture.. While your hair is still damp, bend your head over so you’re drying your hair upside down. Dry your hair with the blow dryer while using your hands to scrunch it. Once your hair is dry, throw your head back and immediately spray with silvikrin Flexible Hairspray
