I have a wedding to go to this weekend and I want my hair to look really great. Any tips?

I should add that I’m broke and going to a hairstylist is not an option. I’m pretty good with doing my own hair. I also do not want to do my hair up because I have a tattoo on the back of my neck that my boyfriend’s mother hasn’t seen yet and she will be going to this wedding too.

Also, does anyone know of anything I can make like a hair mask of to make my hair really soft and shiny before this weekend?

use a curling iron or rollers (either works well) then take bobbie pins and loosely pin up half of your hair. if you have bangs, curl alittle and leave it to the side un-pinned.

look on google for hair masks, you’re sure to find some recipes on there.

putting raw egg through your hair makes it shiny – you wash it out after 10 minutes or so. Also olive oil in it, leave for 1/2 hour or so then wash out, but this wouldn’t suit oily hair (obviously). I always try to wash my hair the day before it needs to look good rather than that day, as its much easier to manage the day after its washed.
    Good luck!

buy the loreal elvive nutri gloss mask. its yummy and inexpensive.. Wear your hair down, blow dry it real straight, and touch up with an iorn. If u do have an iorn u can use it to create soft curls. STEP 1: Begin by applying a styling gel, mousse or styling spray to clean, damp hair and blow dry until completely dry. Your curls will form better and last longer with the aid of good quality hair products. STEP 2: Clip your hair back in multiple sections. Release one section and brush or comb it to remove any knots or tangles. Spray lightly with a soft-hold hairspray if your hair is very fine and doesn’t hold curls well. STEP 3: Begin with the undersection of your hair, working your way up to the top. Twist a small section of your hair with your hands for spiral curls, or take a flat, larger section for loose curls. STEP 4: Open the curling iron by pressing the lever and insert your hair. Close the curling iron barrel on your hair, making sure that all of the ends of that section are completely enclosed in the barrel. STEP 5: Roll the iron up and hold it for about 10 seconds. STEP 6: Open the curling iron and release the curls. Proceed with other sections until all areas have been curled. STEP 7: Flip your head and shake out the curls, then style your hair with your fingers. STEP 8: Spray with a light hold hair spray to keep your curls in place. For humid climates use a humidity resistant hair spray.
Use a skinny wand for tight, spiral curls, and a thick iron for large, loose curls.
Keep a hot iron away from your scalp and hairline to avoid burning your skin.

Lightly beat two eggs mixed with some milk and run through your hair. Leave on for five minutes, rinse or Mix two whole eggs with four tablespoons of olive oil. Smooth through hair. Wrap head with plastic wrap, and leave in hair for 10 minutes. Rinse well.

good luck and im sure ur hair will look great by this weekend. Choose a style thatl suit u and ur outfit:)
